A mobile-first messaging interface designed to make WhatsApp-based customer communication easier to manage.

For Wapio, the goal was to create a flow where businesses can scan conversations quickly, return to active chats, and use approved message templates without friction. Login, conversation list, chat detail, profile metrics, and template screens were designed to feel clean, readable, and app-like.
